Tobago who, from dustbin lids to Kenosene Tins, to Oil Drums, went on
to invent and develop one of the worlds most sophisticated musical instrument
- Pan. It is the only musical instrument invented since the saxophone
which was invented in the year 1846
To the man hailed as the inventor of Pan Winston Spree Simon.
